  • Products: physical items (prints, canvases, merchandise) and digital goods (digital prints, downloadable files) sold on the Site.
  • User / You: any visitor or buyer using the Site.
  • Content: text, images, artwork, designs, and other materials on the Site.

Using the Site or ordering Products constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any policies referenced herein (Privacy Policy, Returns Policy). We reserve the right to update these Terms; material changes will be posted on the Site with a revised “Last updated” date.

3. Who We Are

4. Orders & Payment

  • Orders placed on the Site are offers to purchase. We may accept or reject orders at our discretion.
  • Payment must be made through the Site’s available payment methods. You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method chosen.
  • Prices shown on the Site include those applied at checkout; we reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or product descriptions.

5. Digital Downloads & Licensed Use

  • When you buy a digital print, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the digital file as described in the product listing (for personal display, merchandise produced for personal sale only if stated, etc.).
  • Commercial use (resale of the digital file, mass reproduction for profit, sublicensing) is prohibited unless an explicit commercial licence is purchased.
  • You may not claim authorship, resell the original high-resolution file, or redistribute the file as-is.
  • For commissioned or bespoke works, licence terms will be agreed in writing.

6. Physical Products, Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout or in the Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates; we are not liable for delays outside our control (carriers, customs).
  • Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. You must inspect deliveries promptly and notify us of any damage or missing items per the Returns Policy.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Digital products: due to their nature, digital downloads are generally non-refundable once delivered, except for technical faults we can’t fix.
  • Physical products: returns accepted per our Returns Policy (time limits, condition requirements). Custom or commissioned pieces may have different terms.
  • If an item arrives damaged or is materially not as described, contact us immediately with photos so we can evaluate and resolve it.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All artwork, site design, text, and images on Mirall Arts are owned by or licensed to Mirall Arts and protected by copyright and other IP laws.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from the Site content except as permitted by an express licence.
  • If you upload content (e.g., requests for commissions or messages), by submitting you grant Mirall Arts a licence to use such content for the purpose of fulfilling the service and for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
